The ZIMMERMANN PV-Steel Group has been developing, planning and supplying solar substructures for projects worldwide since 2009. Our portfolio includes fixed mounting systems, single-axis tracking tracker systems, floating systems and systems for agri-PV applications. The company headquarters are located in Oberessendorf, directly on the B30 motorway between Biberach and Ravensburg. We have also had several sales offices and sales partners around the world for several years.
Your tasks:
- Expert and solution-orientated after-sales advice for our customers
- Order management with all facets
- Order clarification, recording, tracking, delivery and post-processing, including claims and complaints management
- Joint development of corrective and preventive measures with product management
- Development of proactive spare parts sales in the team
- Further development of technical support
- Maintaining and deepening customer relationships

What we expect from you:
- Completed vocational training with further training as a business administrator or technician or a degree in a technical or commercial field
- Initial professional experience in (after) sales is an advantage
- Independent, careful and responsible way of working
- Good knowledge of English
- Software affinity
- Great interest in ordering processes and process optimisation
- Reliability
