Lead Engineer ADAS/AD (m/f/d)

• Planning and Execution of Global Delivery Projects: Coordinate and oversee projects between Germany and our nearshore locations.
• Team Building and Competence Development: Build a high-performing team and develop competencies in Automotive, ADAS/AD, and Systems Engineering.
• Sub-Project Management and QTC Responsibility: Manage sub-projects with responsibility on quality, timelines, and costs.
• Interface Management: Ensure effective communication and collaboration between departments in Germany and nearshore locations.
• Internal Improvement Measures: Plan and implement measures to continuously improve our Global Delivery objectives.
• Project Workshops: Organize, prepare, conduct, and follow up on project workshops.
• Reporting: Create project status and maturity reports, as well as decision templates for top management.
• On-Site Deployment: Primarily work on-site at our nearshore locations.

• Expertise: In-depth knowledge of vehicle development processes (especially V-Model) and the automotive industry, ideally in the ADAS/AD field.
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience leading development projects in the automotive industry, with experience in project management and international team building.
• Hands-On Mentality: Practical experience in project implementation and a proactive approach.
• Project Management: Knowledge of financial fundamentals of project management and experience with project management tools, as well as creating status reports and project plans.
• Intercultural Competence: Experience working with international teams and strong intercultural skills.
• Communication Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, particularly in effectively coordinating and conducting project meetings.
• Language Skills: Fluent in Romania, good in English, German is a plus.
