SITE SUPERVISOR IN KSA (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Monitoring the progress of all construction activities and deriving improvement measures on a large construction site
- Interpretation of construction plans and construction drawings
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Implementing industry best practices and safety protocols
- Hiring new workers and evaluate worker performance in consultation with project manager.
- Regularly checking inventory and placing orders for building materials
- Ensuring the proper functioning of all machines
- Communication of the progress report to the project manager
- Inspecting the construction site for early elimination of safety risks
- Maintaining an accurate attendance report of all construction site workers
- Ensuring all emergency equipment is in place and in working order
- Ensuring project completion as per the set timeline
- Attending any on-site meetings
- Carrying out of first aid in emergencies
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5 years demonstrable work experience as a site supervisor in building envelope installation
- Experience with unitized panels, stick systems, Schuco, RAICO, spider systems and steel structure installation is a must
- Familiarity with construction tools and equipment
- Knowledge of health and safety standards on large construction sites
- Strong leadership qualities

- Critical thinking and the ability to identify and correct errors
- High degree of customer orientation
