Your Responsibilities
To further strengthen our international sales team, we are looking for a Sales Manager UK (m/f/d), available immediately, to support and expand our OEM and aftermarket activities in the United Kingdom and additional non-European countries.

Sales and market development in the UK and overseas
- Responsibility for expanding our market presence in the United Kingdom within the OEM and aftermarket segments
- Management and further development of existing customer relationships with bicycle manufacturers, distributors, and retail structures
- Identification of new business opportunities and acquisition of new customers
- Responsibility for revenue, volume, and margin targets in the UK and non-European markets
OEM account management
- Strategic management of OEM partners and bicycle manufacturers
- Support in product development and customer-specific solutions
- Close collaboration with Product Management, R&D, and Supply Chain
- Management of forecasts, project plans, and series launches
Aftermarket & Key Account Management
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with wholesalers, distributors, and key accounts
- Development and implementation of sales strategies for spare parts and accessory ranges
- Planning and execution of market activities, trainings, and presentations
- Participation in industry trade fairs and events
Market Analysis & Strategy
- Monitoring of market, competitor, and technology trends
- Deriving sales and product strategies for the UK and non-European markets
- Close collaboration with Marketing and Product Management for product launches
Your Qualifications
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the bicycle industry, ideally in international sales
- Experience in OEM and/or aftermarket business
- Strong understanding of the structure of the bicycle market in the United Kingdom and outside Europe
- A robust network within the bicycle industry is an advantage
- Strong sales skills, negotiation abilities, and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
- High willingness to travel within the UK market and beyond
- Residence in the United Kingdom
