Human Resources Information System Administrator (f/m/d)

BE PART OF THE TEAM

As Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Administrator, you will drive the evolution of our HR systems by ensuring reliable functionality, trusted data, and strong user adoption. You will connect system management, smart reporting, and process automation with business needs and compliance standards, powering efficient, secure, and insight driven HR operations.

YOU WILL

As a team member, you will support our projects on site - without actually being there. You will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Familiarise yourself with the processes and structures of the International Administration Unit, supported by a structured induction period of several weeks within this Unit.
  • Own and manage two HR systems (HERO Super User Role, SAP SuccessFactors) to ensure system stability, functionality and continuous optimisation.
  • Administer and control user access, roles, permissions, and workflows in accordance with data security, compliance policies, and GDPR requirements.
  • Coordinate and implement system configurations, enhancements, releases, and testing in collaboration with external providers and internal stakeholders to support continuous system optimisation and reliability.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to HRIS integrations and automated processes to ensure reliable data flows across connected platforms.
  • Design and maintain the HR data model and reporting landscape, including dashboards and ad hoc reports, to ensure high-quality HR data and informed decision-making.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular validation and discrepancy resolution, in line with internal data quality standards and external regulatory frameworks.
  • Lead and support user through training, documentation, and the development of key user communities, fostering system adoption and independent reporting within HR.

YOU HAVE

The following professional qualifications and personal qualities are important to us:

  • 4 years of relevant professional experience supporting HR or enterprise system administration and configuration.
  • University degree or equivalent professional experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in system administration, user support, data management, reporting, troubleshooting, and supporting configuration of HR systems or comparable systems.
  • Good German and English knowledge (B2 level).
  • Confident use and administration of HRIS platforms, preferably HERO, SAPSuccess Factors or comparable system.
  • Proficient use of MS office (including Excel) or comparable IT application skills .
  • Familiarity with HR processes and HR data structures.
