- Identifying and implementing AI use cases in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Designing prototypes and production-ready solutions, including LLM-based applications with prompt engineering and performance tuning.
- Preparing and managing complex data sources for AI models.
- Deploying, operating, and optimizing AI solutions in cloud environments.
- Coaching teams and conducting AI training sessions to foster adoption.
- Advising management on AI strategies for operations and administration.
- Staying ahead of emerging technologies through research and continuous learning.
- Education: Degree in Computer Science, Informatics, or related field.
- Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript, with knowledge of Clean Code principles and CI/CD
- Cloud Experience: Proven experience in cloud environments, preferably Azure.
- AI Expertise: Solid understanding of AI domains including mathematical foundations (especially LLMs and Generative AI concepts)
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving ability, teamwork spirit, and a proactive mindset.
