Automotive System Engineer (ADAS / TPMS)

System Engineering & Architecture

• Lead the systemization of TPMS and related applications in the vehicle’s core computer.
• Manage and refine requirements to ensure compliance with UN Regulations.
• Perform early‑phase analyses such as FMEA, TARA, and HARA.
• Cascade system requirements from functional requirements to development teams.
• Drive system functional development and architectural design.
• Define system design, software architecture, and integration strategies.

Software Development & Integration

• Support software development activities throughout the industrialization phase.
• Lead fault tracing and debugging activities.
• Contribute new ideas to continuously improve the product and product portfolio.
• Collaborate with developers, test engineers, system architects, and safety engineers.
• Take on cross‑functional tasks depending on project needs.

• 5+ years of experience in C and C++ .
• Strong background in real‑time embedded systems development.
• Experience with System Design involving AUTOSAR nodes.
• Professional experience in the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of UDS (Unified Diagnostic Services).
• Understanding of automotive communication protocols, preferably CAN.
• Familiarity with ISO 26262 and automotive cybersecurity standards.
• Experience working in multicultural environments.
• Strong communication skills; able to initiate discussions and lead when needed.
• Experience with Elektra.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional tasks.
• Strong analytical thinking.
• Experience with System Weaver and/or CarWeaver.
• Advanced English skills.
