System Engineering & Architecture
- Lead the systemization of TPMS and related applications in the vehicle’s core computer.
- Manage and refine requirements to ensure compliance with UN Regulations.
- Perform early‑phase analyses such as FMEA, TARA, and HARA.
- Cascade system requirements from functional requirements to development teams.
- Drive system functional development and architectural design.
- Define system design, software architecture, and integration strategies.
Software Development & Integration
- Support software development activities throughout the industrialization phase.
- Lead fault tracing and debugging activities.
- Contribute new ideas to continuously improve the product and product portfolio.
- Collaborate with developers, test engineers, system architects, and safety engineers.
- Take on cross‑functional tasks depending on project needs.
- 5+ years of experience in C and C++ .
- Strong background in real‑time embedded systems development.
- Experience with System Design involving AUTOSAR nodes.
- Professional experience in the automotive industry.
- Knowledge of UDS (Unified Diagnostic Services).
- Understanding of automotive communication protocols, preferably CAN.
- Familiarity with ISO 26262 and automotive cybersecurity standards.
- Experience working in multicultural environments.
- Strong communication skills; able to initiate discussions and lead when needed.
- Experience with Elektra.
- Ability to lead cross‑functional tasks.
- Strong analytical thinking.
- Experience with System Weaver and/or CarWeaver.
- Advanced English skills.
