Lead Engineer – Interior Area

• Take technical responsibility for an interior design area
• Coordinate and guide a team of Design Engineers within the area
• Perform hands-on design work in CATIA V5
• Ensure design quality, feasibility and compliance with requirements
• Support development through concept, design, validation and production phases
• Collaborate closely with project teams and stakeholders

• Senior Design Engineer background within Automotive Interior
• Experience leading or mentoring other engineers (formal or informal)
• Strong hands-on experience with CATIA V5
• Experience with Teamcenter and VPDS
• Solid understanding of plastic parts and interior components
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Fluent in English 
• This role requires on-site collaboration at our Gothenburg location and candidates must hold valid work authorization in Sweden.

We are looking for a Lead Engineer – Interior Area to take technical responsibility for a defined interior design area. In this role, you will act as a technical lead, coordinating and supporting design engineers, while remaining actively involved in hands-on design work.
