To strengthen our german IT-Operations team, we are looking for a dedicated IT-Systemadministrator (m/w/d) who will support our company in the secure and efficient design of our IT system landscape.
Your Responsibilities:
- Administration and further development of the Enterprise Service Management system (Matrix42 ESM)
- Administration and further development of our software deployment system (Matrix42 Empirum)
- Management and administration in the area of client management
- Collaboration within the license management team (Matrix42 ESM)
- Support in the administration and further development of our identity management system (Tenfold)
- Collaboration within the Global Security Team
- Global management, administration, and continuous improvement of our endpoint security system (Matrix42 EgoSecure / Bitdefender BEST)
- Participation in second-level support
- Planning, designing, administering, and supporting various IT systems
- Participation in global IT projects
- Coordination of external service providers within the scope of responsibilities
Your Profile
Professional Requirements:
- Successfully completed vocational training in IT or an equivalent qualification
- Experience in server and client administration as well as network technologies
- Competencies in IT security and experience in endpoint security
- Ideally, expert knowledge and training in Matrix42 ESM or comparable systems
Personal Requirements:
- Analytical, structured, and independent working style
- Ability to work reliably under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
