- Key Responsibilities:
- CAD Design: Design of vehicle components and assemblies in 3D using software such as CATIA, SiemensNX, Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks, or PTC Creo.
- CAE Analysis: Perform Finite Element Analysis (FEA), Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), and acoustic/vibration analyses using tools such as ANSYS, ABAQUS, Altair HyperWorks, and ANSYS Fluent.
- PLM Management: Manage and coordinate product data and design changes using SiemensTeamcenter, Dassault Systèmes ENOVIA, or PTC Windchill.
- CAM and Manufacturing: Program manufacturing machines to produce vehicle parts and integrate manufacturing processes into the design workflow.
- Vehicle-Specific Simulations: Conduct vehicle dynamics simulations and suspension design using tools like CarSim, MSC Adams, or Simpack.
- Electro- and Mechatronic Systems: Develop and integrate Battery Management Systems (BMS) and electric drivetrains, as well as mechatronic systems for modern and autonomous vehicles.
- Vehicle Software and Embedded Systems: Program embedded systems and develop software for ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) and autonomous driving.
- Data Analysis and Big Data: Process and analyze sensor data to improve vehicle performance, safety,
and efficiency, including the application of machine learning techniques.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Vehicle Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong experience and knowledge in the use of CAD software such as CATIA, Siemens NX, SolidWorks,or PTC Creo.
- Experience with CAE software for FEA, CFD, and acoustic analysis (e.g., ANSYS, ABAQUS).
- Experience with PLM software (e.g., Siemens Teamcenter, Dassault Systèmes ENOVIA).
- Knowledge of vehicle dynamics simulation, particularly with tools like CarSim and MSC Adams.
- Experience in developing electric vehicle technologies, BMS, and electric drivetrains.
- Experience in programming embedded systems and software development for ADAS and autonomous driving.Knowledge of vehicle software architectures and standards like AUTOSAR is a plus.
- Experience with Big Data and Machine Learning for data analysis and predictive maintenance.
