• Design and develop electronic hardware for battery and power distribution from prototypes to future systems, including analogue and digital circuit design
• Implement electronics hardware development processes and toolchains
• Perform schematic capture, PCB layout, and component selection to meet project specifications and regulatory requirements
• Conduct simulations and analysis to ensure system performance and reliability under various environmental conditions
• Develop and execute test plans for hardware validation, including functional, environmental, and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing
• Collaborate with software, mechanical, and systems engineers to ensure seamless integration of hardware components
• Participate in design reviews, providing technical expertise and ensuring compliance with industry standards
• Generate detailed documentation, including design specifications, test procedures, and technical reports
• Support manufacturing and testing teams with troubleshooting and resolving hardware issues
• Stay current with advancements in electronics  and incorporate new methodologies and components into designs

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field
• Ideally 5+ years of experience in electronic hardware design
• Proficiency in electronic design automation (EDA) tools such as Altium Designer, Cadence, or Mentor Graphics
  Experience with embedded systems and microcontroller-based designs
• Experience with battery management systems, power electronics, or related fields is highly desirable
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Fluent English language skills are essential, fluent German or other language would be beneficial
