HIL Systems Engineer – Automotive

• Develop, configure, and maintain HIL test environments

• Integrate ECUs, restbus simulations, and I/O interfaces

• Set up and maintain HIL test benches and infrastructure

• Support system integration, debugging, and fault analysis

• Collaborate with software, system, and verification teams

• Contribute to continuous improvement of HIL methods and processes

• Experience as a HIL Systems Engineer or similar role within automotive

• Hands-on experience with HIL environments and system integration

• Knowledge of automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, FlexRay) 

• Experience with HIL tools (e.g. dSPACE, Vector, NI, or similar)

• Structured and analytical working style

• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset

• Fluent in English and Swedish

• Valid work permit for Sweden

We are looking for a HIL Systems Engineer to strengthen system verification and validation activities. The role focuses on building, maintaining, and operating Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) environments supporting automotive development projects.
