The Professorship of BA and Market Psychology at our Ingolstadt School of Management (WFI) invites applications for a part-time position (50%) as
research associate (Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter (m/w/d))
to be filled by the earliest possible starting date with an initial contract duration of 3 years. The place of work will be Ingolstadt. The successful candidate will be employed in a private-law employment relationship, in which case remuneration will be according to pay grade E 13 TV-L provided that the requirements are met.
The successful candidate may also pursue doctoral research as part of their work if desired; the University is particularly interested in receiving applications from candidates who wish to make use of this opportunity.

Your profile
- A Master’s degree (MSc) in a relevant field, completed with very good or good grades, and a Bachelor’s degree in psychology or economics, completed with very good or good grades
- Very good written and spoken English and German language proficiency
- knowledge of scientific methods and research practices
- Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
- High personal initiative and sense of responsibility
- Willingness to gain further qualifications (e.g. doctorate)
