Project Leader SW Development

What to expect:
  • Operate and facilitate Operational Excellence meetings, enabling quality‑focused discussions and ensuring alignment with unit‑wide quality goals.
  • Further develop ConX Ways of Working (WoW) and drive key improvement initiatives across the organization.
  • Promote effective collaboration across teams to support successful and timely delivery.
  • Lead project management activities for tool chain migration in R&D IS/IT, including scoping, planning, progress coordination, and status reporting.
  • Ensure that migration activities support efficient, scalable, and high‑quality software development workflows.
What you bring along:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in software development and/or IS/IT systems deployment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, IT/Data, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the automotive industry.
  • Preferably experience with software architecture modelling work.
  • Extensive experience in in‑house product development.
  • Strong background in software development processes, including quality assurance for both in‑house and third‑party software.
  • Proven track record in large‑scale development programs involving software, hardware, and mechatronics.
  • Skilled at engaging and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Solid experience in project management with the ability to drive clarity and structure.
  • Strong relationship‑building skills and the ability to establish trust quickly.
  • Confident and effective communicator and presenter.
  • Good understanding of cloud technologies, telematics, mobile applications, and embedded development.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the full in‑house software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment, including quality assurance.
  • Advanced English skills
