Manager Group Treasury (m/f/d)

With around 900 employees, Meitingen is SGL Carbon's largest location worldwide. Meitingen is home to all four SGL business units as well as individual central functions and thus offers a wide range of opportunities for your professional development.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Responsible for the Group's corporate finance, including evaluating financing offers, negotiating proposed financing terms, and project management of the transaction process
  • Managing the assessment of the Group's foreign exchange and interest rate risk exposure and developing appropriate hedging strategies
  • Compliance covenants and obligations under financing agreements
  • Point of contact for SGL's banking relationships
  • Collaboration with regional finance/operations teams to support the business
  • Optimization of the capital structure of subsidiaries and management of intra-group financing in collaboration with the tax, accounting, and controlling
  • Participation in and support of global and regional liquidity planning and payment transaction processes
  • Management of and participation in complex projects in the area of treasury
  • Preparation of treasury reports and ad hoc data analyses
  • Support of global credit management
  • Reporting to the Head of Group Treasury

Ihr Profil:

  • University degree in Finance/Economics, Mathematics or business-related studies
  • 3 - 5 years’ experience in corporate treasury, corporate finance or related areas within a banking environment
  • Good knowledge in the areas of accounting, controlling and tax
  • Excellent business acumen as well as deep knowledge of capital markets and its related financial instruments
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and German
  • Result-oriented enabler with strong communication skills
  • Strong team player, who is proactive and curious
  • Good project management skills in a global environment
  • Analytical mindset with good knowledge of SAP, MS Office and other treasury systems
