We are looking for a new Commercial & Customer Support in Vialonga. This position will be responsible for managing customer service activities and support commercial operations together with the team.
The main duties include:
- Customer registration and contact updates.
- Incoterm/Transport Management.
- Product Invoicing.
- Grow customer relationship.
- Revise POs process.
- Sample management.
- Reception and control of customer orders.
- Coordinate deliveries.
- Incident management.
Who are we looking for?
- Compulsory education level (12th year).
- Higher education is a plus.
- 2 years of experience in customer service or commercial support.
- Office 365 experience.
- English skills, both written and spoken, are a plus.
