The ZIMMERMANN PV-Steel Group has been developing, planning and supplying solar substructures for projects worldwide since 2009. Our portfolio includes fixed mounting systems, single-axis tracking tracker systems, floating systems and systems for agri-PV applications. The company headquarters are located in Oberessendorf, directly on the B30 motorway between Biberach and Ravensburg. We have also had several sales offices and sales partners around the world for several years.
Your tasks:
- Classification of goods in the customs tariff
- Preparation of customs export / customs import documents
- Organisation, coordination and clearance of national and international transports (road, air, sea, CEP)
- Close coordination with internal departments, suppliers and our external logistics partners
- Preparation of forwarding orders, waybills, packing lists and other accompanying documents
- Preparation of delivery schedules
- Monitoring the on-time delivery of our components
- Partial invoice control of our suppliers and logistics partners

What we expect from you:
- Completed commercial training or a degree, preferably in the field of logistics
- Basic knowledge of customs procedures, origin of goods and preferential law is an advantage
- Good command of MS Office applications
- Independent working style and a strong communicative personality
- Good written and spoken English skills
