Error Management

• Responsible for an OEM's error management.
• Main interlocutor between OEM, consortium and supplier in the Error-Telcos.
• Monitoring of the error database (e.g. eliminate redundant tickets, verify that error management timings are met, etc.)
• Distribution of the errors to be verified in each SW.
• Distribution to the FOs of the errors with Open Requests from the supplier
• Distribution to FOs of tickets opened by other areas
• Weekly distribution of errors to be clarified, completed, etc.
• Review that tickets are properly opened and have all the necessary information to be analyzed
  Reporting on the status of errors
• Management and maintenance of reports made with Business Objects
• Management of external complaints to infotainment (WiFa, SoFa, EG, GQ, customer complaints, etc.) and internal (Test Drives of dep., management, group leaders, etc.)
• Performing relevant How-to (e.g. how to open tickets, etc.)
• Preparation and leadership of internal Error-round (HOT FIX)
• Prioritization/Escalation of errors to consortium and supplier
• Participation in OEM Error-Management forums of other areas
• Development of new test reports unifying different information sources (Capable to program in Visual Basic language)

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Automation, or a related field.
• Able to work in repetitive tasks (Error tracking)
• High Visual Basic programing skills, databases link management also from SAP
• Medium level in Spanish is mandatory along with good English level.
• High communications skills (He/she will be in touch with a high number of roles Function Owners, Project Leaders etc...)
