To further develop the field of medical informatics, the private university is filling a position at the Department of Biomedical Informatics and Mechatronics for a
with a 100% employment rate. This university professorship will be filled after a regular appointment procedure in accordance with Article 1 of the UMIT TIROL appointment guidelines and is permanent.
The main areas of focus are information systems to support networked healthcare and integrated forms of care, secondary use of clinical data, modelling and simulation, and artificial intelligence methods.
The successful candidate will also head the Division of Digital Medicine and Telehealth at the Institute of Medical Informatics.
The salary is based on the salary scale and job classification scheme of UMIT TIROL. A gross monthly salary of at least €6,604 (14 times per year) is envisaged for this position. A higher salary is possible depending on qualifications and experience.
