Strategic Planning & Execution
- Lead the planning, coordination, and ramp‑up of HIL (Hardware‑in‑the‑Loop) test objects across multiple car programs.
- Collect, analyze, and consolidate requirements from developers, testers, and key stakeholders to define test object needs.
- Develop and maintain a structured roadmap for test object availability, ensuring alignment with program timelines, technical prerequisites, and verification strategies.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication
- Serve as the central point of contact for all matters related to test object planning and readiness.
- Provide clear and timely communication on status, risks, dependencies, and changes to all relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare and present ramp‑up plans, reports, and roadmaps in a clear and compelling manner.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams, procurement, and external suppliers to secure timely and cost‑efficient delivery of test objects.
Cost Optimization & Procurement
- Drive strategic decision‑making to optimize investments in test objects while ensuring capability and quality requirements are met.
- Manage budgets, cost forecasts, and financial follow‑up related to test object procurement and maintenance.
- Identify opportunities to reuse, repurpose, or extend the lifecycle of existing test objects to reduce cost and improve operational efficiency.
Process Improvement & Efficiency
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives related to test object planning, procurement, and deployment processes.
- Ensure seamless integration of test objects into existing verification and validation environments.
- Establish and maintain robust documentation, tracking mechanisms, and lifecycle management processes for all test objects.
- Strong experience in project management, ideally within hardware, testing, or engineering environments.
- Demonstrated ability to drive structured planning and execute complex projects involving cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent communication and visualization skills, with the ability to present plans and insights clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- A strategic mindset with a strong focus on cost efficiency, long‑term planning, and operational optimization.
- Proven capability in coordinating procurement, logistics, and supplier interactions to meet project demands.
- Technical understanding of Hardware‑in‑the‑Loop (HIL) systems or similar test environments is considered a strong advantage.
- Advanced English skills.
