Android Developer – In-Vehicle Infotainment Systems

• Develop and maintain Android-based applications for in-vehicle infotainment (IVI) platforms
• Integrate Android Automotive OS features and ensure alignment with OEM system requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HMI, UX/UI, middleware) to deliver seamless user experiences
• Conduct debugging, performance optimization, and integration testing on embedded hardware
• Ensure compliance with automotive software quality and safety standards (ASPICE, ISO 26262)

• Proven experience in Android development (Kotlin/Java) within automotive or embedded environments
• Strong understanding of Android Automotive OS, AOSP, and in-vehicle communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet)
• Familiarity with software integration tools (Git, Jenkins, Gerrit)
• Knowledge of C++ is a plus
• Fluent English, structured and proactive mindset
• This role requires on-site collaboration at our Gothenburg location and candidates must hold valid work authorization in Sweden.
