Group/Division

With over 40 years of semiconductor process control experience, chipmakers around the globe rely on KLA to ensure that their fabs ramp next-generation devices to volume production quickly and cost-effectively. Enabling the movement towards advanced chip design, KLA's Global Products Group (GPG), which is responsible for creating all of KLA’s metrology and inspection products, is looking for the best and the brightest research scientist, software engineers, application development engineers, and senior product technology process engineers.

The RAPID division is the world leading provider of reticle inspection solutions for the semiconductor industry. The company provides inspection solutions to both the mask shops and the semiconductor fabs to ensure that lithography yields are consistently high thus enabling cost-effective manufacturing.

Customer Engagement Leader (m/f/d)

Responsibilites

  • Lead Asia and US customer engagements for mask and wafer metrology products       
  • Assess customer specific use cases, identify customer value and derive required product success criteria
  • Drive success in Head2Head competition cases by transforming customer need into demo success criteria focused on delivering superior KLA product value to customer                
  • Generate and run customer-ready demo and product value pitch presentations
  • Drive engineering, application and local customer business unit teams for successful demo completion and message delivery to customers
  • Support PLC and longterm product strategy definition by incorporating use case understanding
  • Support program reviews on KLA executive level by clear & crisp communication of product capability vs. customer use case / need

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in physics, electrical, automation engineering or similar subjects                
  • Prior experience in semiconductor industry                 
  • Distinctive technical and business orientated mindset            
  • Strong and clear communicator                   
  • Active listening skills                
  • Excellent verbal & written communication and presentation skills
  • Open-minded teamplayer with crossfunctional team lead experience
  • Motivation to travel up to 25%-50% to customers onsite
