What awaits you with us:
- Planning, internal organization and coordination of customer projects
- Support regarding process definition and set-up of new projects
- Close cooperation with sales colleagues by supporting order processing, quotation and invoicing as well as deadline coordination
- Interface between sales, IT, manufacturers and customers
- Advising and supporting our customers (by phone, digitally and in person)
- Administration of contracts and agreements for customers and suppliers (recording, overview, control
What you need to succeed:
- Commercial or business administration education / studies
- Initial practical experience in sales, project management, production planning or internal organization
- Openness, quick comprehension and good technical understanding
- Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills, especially when interacting with our partners
- Knowledge of Hungarian on a native speaker level as well as very good knowledge of English, good knowledge of German desirable
- Structured, result-oriented, detail-oriented and independent working style
